Takeuchi Integrates Vertical Lift Design To Compact Track Loader Lineup
January 26th, 2016
Atlanta, GA:Takeuchi-US, an innovative global leader in compact equipment, has introduced the all-new TL12V2 track loader, the first vertical lift model in their lineup and the largest vertical lift track loader in the industry. The TL12V2 has many new and exciting features that enhance performance, durability, and serviceability. These features provide better stability, visibility, reduced vibration, increased lift height, and complete comfort for the operator.
Built with increased performance features, the TL12V2 vertical lift loader arrangement delivers 45 percent greater operating capacity over the current TL12 radial, and delivers exceptional load and carry performance. Additionally, the vertical lift arm design provides outstanding reach, increased lift height and remarkable stability.
The new track loader is powered by a Kubota 3.8L diesel engine that is US EPA Tier 4 Final emission compliant, and produces 111.3 horsepower (hp) and 284 ft-lbs of torque.
Takeuchi features a lower cross member on the TL12V2 for greater visibility, efficiency and performance on the job. The design of the rear cross member also provides optimum visibility to the rear of the machine. Additionally, the operator’s station has been completely revamped with a wider cabin for exceptional comfort and accessibility. A new 5.7-inch color multi-informational display keeps the operator informed, while the precision pilot controls and a new Active Power Control system provide impressive control of the machine.
The TL12V2 now features a quiet track design for reduced noise and vibration while operating with a new tread pattern. The tread pattern produces greater flotation minimizing ground disturbance, and a new contact pad between the roller and track enhances ride quality and reduces vibration. Furthermore, the undercarriage on the TL12V2 has been lengthened for greater stability and improved ride quality.
“The TL12V2 is the largest, most capable track loader in the industry and a welcome addition to the Takeuchi product line,” said David Caldwell, Product Manager at Takeuchi-US. “The TL12V2 delivers unmatched performance, an outstanding feature set, excellent service access, and it is a great value. At Takeuchi our goal is to provide our customers with the best compact construction equipment available today.”
Takeuchi Introduces TB210R to Compact Excavator Lineup
December 8th, 2015
Takeuchi-US, an innovative global leader in compact equipment, has recently updated its compact excavator lineup with the introduction of the all-new TB210R. The Takeuchi TB210R has many new and exciting features that enhance performance, durability, and serviceability. One of the key features is the minimal tail swing design. Couple that with a retractable undercarriage and backfill blade that can go from 40.2” wide down to 29.5” wide, and a new foldable ROPS/TOPS canopy that can reduce the machines overall height and you have a machine that can gain access to and work in some of the most confined applications.
Upgrades to the TB210R include pilot operated joystick controls with ISO/SAE control pattern change valve, selector valve, and pilot accumulator. Pilot controls deliver excellent fine control and responsiveness for greater productivity and reduced operator fatigue, and the addition of the ISO/SAE pattern change valve allows the operator to choose a preferred operational pattern. The addition of a selector valve for one-way and two-way auxiliary hydraulic flow enhances attachment versatility, and the new pilot accumulator enables the operator to easily remove residual pressure from the auxiliary lines.
A new Kubota D722-E4B three cylinder engine powers the TB210R and delivers nearly 22 percent more horsepower than its predecessor the TB108. The engine oil filter and dipstick are easily accessed through a lockable access panel located below the operator’s seat. While the fuel fill, sight gauge, fuel filter with shut-off, and the dual element air cleaner are accessed through a lockable swing out panel located on the left side of the machine. The rear engine hood opens overhead providing outstanding access to the hydraulic tank and sight gauge, battery, coolant reserve tank, pattern change valve, and one-way flow selector valve.
The TB210R features a two-year, 2,000-hour warranty. For more information on the new TB210R model or on Takeuchi excavators, wheel loaders, track loaders, or skid steers, visit www.takeuchi-us.com. Find Takeuchi on Facebook or on Twitter @TakeuchiMFG.
